Trigger Warning: Figma prototype screen recording. May contain excessive buffering and frame drops because of my potato laptop 🤡
Genkin is a Japanese-based company specializing in cross-border logistics between Japan and Vietnam. They offer a comprehensive suite of services, including shipping, purchasing assistance, and auction support. Genkin distinguishes itself by prioritizing customer care, providing personalized attention and demonstrating a sincere commitment to exceeding client expectations
This project encompasses the redesign of 3 existing webpages and the development of 6 entirely new subpages of Service page. Each webpage would have 4 dimension format: 1920x1080; 1366x768; 768x1280; 375x768
The primary challenge lies in achieving a balance between enhancing the visual appeal and maintaining the established brand identity. The redesigned webpage must convey trust, professionalism, and the energetic spirit of the staff while incorporating a more engaging and creative visual aesthetic.
The Maido Agency Developer team was responsible for the development phase, ensuring the website was fully functional and ready for deployment on servers. The final implementation effectively and accurately reflects the design concepts originally presented in my Figma prototypes.
The existing website effectively utilized photography featuring human interactions, which played a crucial role in building trust with Genkin's clientele. While this approach emphasized human connection, it also presented a degree of creative limitation. After collaborating with the Genkin founder, we agreed that the homepage could benefit from a more creative and visually engaging approach to capture audience attention. However, for other pages, maintaining a strong focus on human interaction remains essential.
